Dandoessomething posted on YouTube earlier this month a Harry Potter necklace that he got from the bot…
Gemtasticfantastic also posted some dragon and Pokemon packages on Instagram which are some of the most popular keywords…
Don’t want to get something? Do you want the bot to not buy a particular kind of package? Give it a hint and add negative keywords to your account. Negative keywords show up in red. The bot never buys anything that matches your negative keywords. Use the little toggle on the left to make new keywords negative.
If you add too many negative keywords, there won’t be anything available to buy. But if there is something you know you don’t like (ie postcards, MTG, seeds, stickers, unfed bobcats) use negative keywords to get more of what you like. Now here is a video of a bobcat kitten playing with some feathers. Everyone can enjoy that.
Item Of The Day: Lucky Bookmark
Item Of The Day: Cute Choker Necklace
Dan Unboxes Dragon
In his latest two and a half minute unboxing video, Dan of dandoessomethings fame very briefly shows off the other necklaces he has received, before opening a “really very cool” dragon necklace. Take a look! In the background you can see other items from past unboxings, such as the jelly dood, minifigures and bone shaped pen.
Baby Bobcat Gets Belly Rub
If you get a bobcat, please put it to sleep like this every night. Baby bobcats enjoy a thorough head and belly rub. Don’t forget the paws!
Matt Crawford Unboxing #9
Matt Crawford is out with his ninth unboxing video, opening three new packages. Take a look! He has helpfully included on screen the keywords for each package and the cost of the products.
Dan Does Something: Goat or Unicorn?
Dandoessomething is out with another unboxing video, that fits a lot into just one and a half minutes.
At 0:55 he mentions that Aberforth Dumbledore would be proud. As we all know, Aberforth was a half-blood wizard and younger brother of the famous Albus Dumbledore. Indeed, Aberforth Dumbledore was a goat enthusiast. Aberforth was the owner of the Hog’s Head Inn in Hogsmeade, where he kept goats. Aberforth’s favourite tale while growing up was Grumble the Grubby Goat. Abertforth’s animagus was a goat. For more on Aberforth and his goats, head over to the Harry Potter Wiki.
Great sound effects at 1:18!
Item Of The Day: Turquoise Bracelet
On Instagram jo_christine13 has shared this lovely bracelet that the bot ordered her. Keywords: bracelet, jewelry, blue.
Item Of The Day: Flat Multitool
A subscriber posted on her blog This Side Of Gaudy this fine package she opened from the bot. She writes “My family, like many others, has a White Elephant exchange. This year, we are going to use Bobcat in a Box to buy the presents. I had each family member give me some keywords and am feeding them to the bot in batches of eight at a time. I intend to do this for at least five months and started back in April. Most of the packages are being put aside to be opened at Christmas. I am occasionally opening a package to be sure we are on track.
As you can see, this package contains a flat multi-tool with a sleeve to hold it so the knife part doesn’t cut me when I reach for it. There is also a key to what the various parts do. Unfortunately, the back of the card, where the descriptions are, is in Chinese. Fortunately, I know someone who speaks Chinese and can translate for me. I wouldn’t want to use something in the unapproved manner. I believe I got this because of either or both of the keywords travel and Scouts”
