Q: How can I change the amount I pay monthly? Not cancel but just change the amount? Thank you

A: If you login to bobcatinabox.com/myboxes and click on the Addresses tab, then click on one of the blue Edit buttons on the right you get to a screen where you can change how much you pay.

Simply change your budget and click the Update button in order to update your budget. You can also change how many packages a particular address gets per month on the same page.
